Kareena Kapoor dishes out fitness goals

Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor Khan is all set to celebrate the special day of Thanksgiving with her family over a lavish dinner. Before enjoying the scrumptious spread, the actress decided to prep herself with her daily dose of yoga.

She took to her Instagram handle and dropped a glimpse of herself sweating it out during her workout routine that included 108 Surya Namaskars. Donning athleisure, she was spotted radiating in her post workout glow in the balcony of her house. “108 surya namaskars done ✅Grateful, thankful, and ready to eat my pumpkin pie tonight 😉💪🏼🧘🏻♀️” she penned a little note.

“Never felt better 🧘🏻♀️💖💪🏼” she added in another post with a picture of herself from the yoga session.


Earlier this year, Bebo gave birth to her second baby boy Jeh and soon after this, she resumed her yoga sessions. As she swears by the benefits of yoga, on Internation Yoga Day the actress spilled the beans about her fitness journey. She shared on social media, “For me, my yoga journey began in 2006 when I signed Tashan and Jab We Met... an incredible one... which kept me fit and strong. Now after two babies and four months postpartum... this time I was just exhausted and in too much pain to get back but today I’m slowly and steadily getting back at it. My yoga time is my me time... and of course, consistency is key... so, keep at it people.”

On the work front, Kareena will be next seen in Aamir Khan’s upcoming ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’. She is also a part of Karan Johar’s passion project ‘Takht’ with Bhumi Pednekar, Janhvi Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal and others.
